When my youngest was 3 and I was pregnant with my second child, I went through a season of confusion. I had a gorgeous daughter and was about to welcome a son. However, I lost a bit of my identity the first few years of motherhood. I was questioning who I was and longed for something to put my hands to beyond mothering and being a wife.

It was probably nesting that drove me to begin making small items for our home and for others. Good Day Gifts grew organically over time as friends and family believed in me and pushed me to make more challenging pieces. As God opened doors, I stepped through. I never planned to start a business it just came over time. and really helped me find purpose outside of the home where I could see progress and growth.

I continued to step out in faith and do bigger and bigger craft shows and watched God move. Currently I’m not doing as many craft shows because most of my work is creating custom peices and doing more interior design. It is humbling to look through the 800+ pieces I have made over the years. Allowing something I create to be welcomed into someone elses home is the greatest honor. I truly enjoy collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life by adding beauty and function to their homes.

I am a mother of two and a wife to one living in Franklin, Tennesee… Heaven on earth. I enjoy traveling, eating out, cooking, shopping and spending time with my family and friends. Everyday is an adventure as I attempt to balance family, work and my home, but I wouldnt trade it for the world.
